К сожалению, при бронировании группового трансфера из аэропорта имени Бен-Гуриона трансфер ожидает туристов 2 часа после посадки самолета. Если турист вышел к стойке позже (даже по причинам, от него не зависящим) – трансфер не предоставляется, и деньги за него не возвращаются. Эта информация всегда указана в письме подтверждении трансфера. Следующий трансфер был индивидуальным и стоимость его действительно составляет 70 долларов с человека. Нам очень жаль, что этот инцидент оставил негативное впечатление! Напишите нам, пожалуйста, при следующем бронировании, чтобы мы могли Вам предоставить приятный бонус в качестве компенсации.

On the way back, I arrived at the indicated time. I would like to note the professional driving, politeness, and willingness to help. The booking bonus was a free excursion to Prague. The next day after my arrival, guide Elena contacted me, told me where and when we were meeting, answered my questions, and offered more excursions. I liked the trip to Prague, and the road flew by unnoticed and Elena’s interesting stories in Prague, everything was great! Overall I was satisfied with the trip.
