Unfortunately, in our case, Sanatoriums.com sometimes didn't take our wishes into account personally. The flight details were repeatedly asked, even though we always stated that we were traveling by private car. Because this statement was ignored, confirmation of the transfer of the invoice amount is still missing. This caused no small amount of stress when checking out of the hotel. We had the impression that this company wanted to provoke double payment.

Good booking. Good price-performance ratio. Booking the trip to Prague could be even clearer. Unclear pickup location (tennis court). One thinks of the entrance area of the tennis court. The photo also suggests this. But pickup was on the other side (to the right of the tennis court) on the main street. We almost missed it. Best regards, Müller-Rüb

Thank you very much for the good and high-quality work of the Sanatorium company, special thanks to the representative of the company in Karlovy Vary Irena, she is very attentive, cares about the comfort of vacationers, advised wonderful and affordable excursions, the free excursion to Prague was very cool, organized, super!! The excursion was organized by the company as part of the spa treatment. A free transfer from the airport to the hotel was also included by the company, the return transfer was paid, but very precisely at the stated time a taxi arrived at the hotel for us and took us to the airport comfortably. We will continue to use the services of this company in the future.

I wrote that not everything on the site is true, 100% prepayment is required, the transport company that deals with the transfer is a Polish company that transports people from Poland to Germany. Drivers do their best to get people there faster, but the routes are very poorly laid out. The trip from Karlsruhe to Bad Flinsberg took 11 hours, and back - 12 hours. The employees of the sanatoriums work well, but if problems arise in Poland, then these are your problems, the assistant Sergei Sotnik is an illusion, no one answers the indicated number. So I don't know whether to recommend this trip or not.

The guides Valentina and Elena (I don’t know the rest of them) are professionals in their field, they tell you what you’re talking about, it’s very interesting, they give out a lot of information and also with humor, just CLASS :)
