Mentioned in the review of the Savoy Hotel. I lived in it, and not in Goethe, thanks to the kindness of the reception. Probably the support service (?) of the sanatorium does not monitor the current state of the hotels. The reception and entrance to Goethe, indicated on the website (Narodnaya St.) were completely closed! At the same time, I thank the Sanatorium’s consultant doctor for his help in choosing a resort!!!

A beautiful Hotel Olymp 4, modern, top location. Were there for two weeks with full board, three treatments a day, doorstep transfer. The staff is very friendly and you can communicate well in German. The food was good, a large selection, there is something for everyone. A big thank you to the hard-working ladies and gentlemen who ensured a clean table, to the kitchen staff, reception and cleaning fairies. We also used the wellness area and were able to relax with massages. The treatments such as classic massage, water aerobics, mud pack, whirlpool bath and ten streams were good. Special thanks to Przemek and Dawid, always friendly and helpful, do their job very well, guys keep it up! We felt very comfortable in the Olymp 4 and can only recommend the hotel.

I would like to sincerely thank the Sanatoriums company for the impeccable fulfillment of its obligations. I'm Elena, I'm 57 years old, I live in Ukraine. Back in January, my husband and I booked the Mozart Hotel in Karlovy Vary through Sanatoriums for April. The price was “delicious” and we considered this booking a great success. We decided to adjust our transport booking to the dates of our booking, taking into account the lack of air traffic in Ukraine. And then a snag arose - it turned out that domestic carriers travel from Var every other day and we need to either extend or shorten the time at the hotel. Rebooking again means losing money, because prices rise in parallel with the increase in season. It's cheaper to just lose a day. We contacted Sanatoriums and... the issue was resolved, the hotel shortened our stay and recalculated the payment accordingly, at the price that was valid when booking. What Sanatoriums told me about through one of the messengers. In addition, I wrote to the company several times, clarifying certain details of the trip - they always answered me clearly and respectfully. This kind of work by Sanatoriums inspired me to be just as demanding as a client towards the carrier company. It helped. In addition, we really liked the hotel. It fully corresponded to the expert assessment from the Sanatorums website. In general, thank you! Live, prosper and may God grant that I will book more through you! Communication with sanatoriums.com went smoothly and is highly recommended as a booking portal. However, I would have liked to have known about the included excursion to Prague that on the outward journey there was an exclusively Russian-speaking tour guide who gave all the information in Russian very loudly over the loudspeaker the entire time. Likewise, the sanatoriums.com location office did not speak enough English to understand simple sentences, so Russian-speaking guests had to translate. I don't expect German to be spoken in the Czech Republic, but a minimum of English as a language of communication is very desirable. The city guide in Prague was very competent and extremely approachable. We really enjoyed the tour and received just the right amount of information.
