Immature, faulty booking system. Some employees urgently need a basic course in how payments take place today and how their own system works. Otherwise the level of knowledge is very low. The answer if payment has not been received even though you paid via Paypal only has to be: "We will sort this out independently" and not "Send us the 10th email with all receipts, screen shots, etc." It's hard to clarify anything with most employees over the phone. You constantly have to prove that you paid everything correctly, even though you yourself didn't make a mistake. I wasted a lot of time showing you my own mistake and proving that everything was done correctly on my end. Extremely difficult and unsatisfactory.

Everything is fine. Confirmation is fast, I am comfortable that there is an option to pay on the spot. They offer a variety of excursions, we only took the walking one since we were only there for a week, on our next trip we will definitely visit other excursions. The only drawback is that if you look at the road option, flights only show departure and arrival times, there is no information about luggage.
