But this time I was very pleased, I talked on the phone with three Russian-speaking employees, I especially liked the discussion of the tour with Svetlana Fedorovich; She has excellent speech, she is very kind and knows how to communicate with older people, she very clearly explains the advantages and disadvantages, and immediately sends documents. It is also very convenient that you can contact the tour operator at any time and that there is a wonderful and active representative of the travel agency Veronica on site.
