We were very, very pleased with the hotel, the only problem was with the transfer: for some reason you did not give the second address to the driver, and the driver drove there with a lot of problems, for almost 10 hours of the road he was excitedly and loudly talking to himself throughout the entire cabin, impossible I had to sleep and read. No one even held a conversation with him. When we politely asked him to keep this monologue quieter, he snapped and invited us to get out of the car and said that there was no need to sleep, I got up even earlier than you. In our understanding, service and basic politeness are something else. Back there was already an adequate driver, helpful and without monologues with his loved ones for long hours of the road.
