We had booked a different room category, the organizer wanted to take care of it, but he didn't. The booked category does not come with the booking confirmation, so you have no proof. Annoying, just good the hotel was very good! Further information about the hotel, such as parking spaces, is not listed on the website. You have to call the hotel yourself. It's actually good if the errors are fixed.

Very nice and comfortable hotel where you can communicate very well in German. The staff also has knowledge of Polish and of course Russian. The hotel complex is very centrally located and the staff - from reception to the dining room to cleaning - are very friendly. Very tasty and varied dishes were served at the buffet. Scheduling appointments for applications went smoothly. I strongly recommend this hotel. On behalf of myself and my mother, I would like to thank you very much. We are already looking forward to our next stay at your hotel.
