Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation had not been paid, although advance payment had been made. It took about 30 minutes to find out. On the last day, a situation arose again when I was offered to pay for a spa package and dinners, which were included in the general package upon reservation. 🤷🏻‍♀️
