A big disappointment, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our reservation was not there, why then send me an email to confirm our arrival, I wrote to the site support, but never received an answer, if you like stress, then book through sanatoriums .

Уважаемая Ольга! Со своей стороны мы максимально быстро отправили Ваше бронирование в отель и получили подтверждение. К сожалению, по техническим причинам в самом отеле возник сбой при поселении. Наши менеджеры как только увидели Ваш запрос, сразу же связались с администрацией в отеле и уточнили, что Вас уже поселили в номер забронированной Вами категории. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас остались негативные впечатления!
