Service is not yet fully developed, improvements are necessary. I will recommend with reservations. 1. There is a form in German, but the booking confirmation is not in German, but in Russian?! 2. There is a telephone number for calls from Germany, but the answer is not in German, but in Ruzzin?! 3. In the DE form there are instructions to pay at the hotel, but then you get a call with instructions to go somewhere else and pay there?! There is also an email in Ruzzish?! 4. You will NOT receive any confirmation of your booking from the hotel. They say you're going to a hotel, but you're not sure whether you'll be accepted. I then asked the hotel myself and received a confirmation. So there are a lot of clues that can be used to raise awareness of fraud in the media. What is this confusion with languages (ruzziish)?! Are German speakers not welcome, but Ruzzish - very welcome?! That's the impression I got. I don't know if English will be better, I'll try it next time.
