We booked a room for three adults; The hotel website as well as the sanatoriums.com website states that when we pay for 3 adults we get a superior room with 3 separate beds. We were allocated a regular room for 2 people with a folding bed. Please note: sanatoriums.com will charge you the full price for 3 adults and book a regular room for 2 people instead. We couldn't change our room even when we offered to pay more. I asked the sanatoriums.com office and the hotel management, but once you book a room with them, nothing can be done. We were traveling as two families, I confirmed transfers for two families on the same flight at the same time. Sanatoriums.com confirmed this via email. We were met by 2 separate cars, one taking passengers to Marianske Lazne, and the other waiting for 2 more families for another 2 hours. When we called sanatoriums.com and asked to drive the five of us together to our destination, we were rudely told that they did not have to drive us together or directly to our destination. Keep in mind that we are traveling from the US and our flight took us 24 hours to get there. Never again will we use the services of sanatorium.com, as this is a completely unacceptable and fraudulent action both when booking hotels and when booking a transfer.

The booking process was quick and informative. Price-performance ratio good. During the transfer, drivers could be instructed to pay attention to toilet breaks. That wasn't the case on the outward journey: the driver only stopped for 5 minutes after 5 hours in a totally dirty parking lot, and he didn't say a word to us, that is, he briefly told us how the route was going and which people were being picked up. After this experience we thought: never again sanatorium.com On the return trip we had a very experienced, safe driver who regularly took much-needed breaks.

transfer from sanatoriums from Germany to Karlovy Vary was terrible, we left at 7 am, arrived in Karlovy Vary at 17.00 pm, the driver who picked us up stopped at gas stations 4 times and filled 15-20 liters in 4 hours, there was 1 pause upon arrival in Karlovy Vary, they dropped us off at 900 meters to the hotel, telling us that the Venus hotel was only 600 meters away, the driver didn’t even take us to the hotel, we had to get there on foot with our luggage.... The way back was much more comfortable with another driver......

I also forgot to mention that my birthday fell on one of the days of my stay at the sanatorium. The Windsor administration, along with congratulations and a gift voucher for a visit to the sanatorium cafe, provided a 5% discount on a future visit to the sanatorium. It was very nice, it’s a pity that the discount ends on 13/31/2023. In other resorts, discounts are provided for future visits within 12 months from the date the discount was provided. But, again, it was nice to receive such a surprise.
