Terrible service at the reception! Everyone is so aggressive! Nice girls at the reception where the treatment is taking place! Nice people in the pool. Very nice guy at the entrance of the restaurant!

Things have gotten a lot better since last year: I was able to reserve hotels online and pay with my card in the hotel. And not, like last year (2022), paying in a storage room (in Karlovy Vary), where, instead of an invoice, I received a barely legible, hand-written note as a receipt.

The service is very good, although I have a comment for the doctor at sanatorium.com. I asked her whether it makes sense for me to go to Heviz for stretching! She answered formally that this would be decided by the sanatorium doctor during my visit upon arrival at the sanatorium. In fact, the correct answer would be: at my age, it is unlikely that a doctor will prescribe stretching for me.
