We were deceived by booking the Colonada Hotel, which has not been open for 2 years. Neither in correspondence nor in telephone conversations with site employees did anyone warn that the hotel was not open. We arrive 1,500 km away, and it’s closed, we’re in shock. I recommend that you do not use the services of this site.

Добрый день, Уважаемый Василий! С нашей стороны обмана не было, информация по размещению указана на нашем сайте, и при бронировании санатория с ней в любой момент можно ознакомиться. Важная информация! Внимание! В связи с низкой загрузкой санаторий Kolonada закрывается ориентировочно до конца февраля 2022 года. Если вы забронировали или забронируете номер в санатории Kolonada, то будете поселены в Bristol Palace без каких-либо доплат. Ваши пожелания по размещению были учтены в отеле и мы всегда были с Вами на связи, чтобы сделать Ваш отдых максимально комфортным. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас остались негативные впечатления!

Excellent service, really extensive information about sanatoriums and resort towns. The only negative in my particular case was that I chose a sanatorium with additional fees. childcare service, but the hotel does not provide this service (maybe it did before)
