Добрый день, уважаемая Виктория! Во время Вашего проживания мы всегда были на связи с отелем и максимально старались сделать Ваш отдых комфортным. Вами был забронирован одноместный номер, на нашем сайте указана площадь этого номера 15-20 м2. При заезде отель сделал Вам бесплатный апгрейд на одноместное размещение в двухместном номере и Вы получили номер площадью 22 м2. Несмотря на улучшения, данный номер Вам показался мал и отель Вам показал номер категории люкс, площадью 30-35 м2. Все номера в отеле соответствуют их описанию на нашем сайте. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас остались негативные впечатления о пребывании
