All agreed services were provided. We found everything as advertised. The doorstep transfer could still be worked on. At the point on the Polish side behind Görlitz, all small vans meet on both the outward and return journeys and the final transports are put together. On the way there it was ok. On the way back we waited almost 90 minutes. A vehicle with Poles was missing, which probably came from far inland. They were not hotel guests or tourists. That was annoying because we left the hotel without breakfast and then had to wait a long time.

Уважаемый Anatol Jusert! Как только мы получили от Вас жалобу относительно забронированного номера, мы тут же связались с отелем и помогали решить этот вопрос. Вы получили категорию номера, которую выбрали при бронировании - апартамент, который состоял из двух спален. На нашем сайте при бронировании указано и выделено восклицательным знаком, что апартаменты в санатории бывают двух видов: с двумя спальнями или со спальней и гостиной. Уточняйте эти моменты при бронировании. К сожалению, Вы не написали нам предварительно свои пожелания по размещению. Выделенная Вам комната соответствовала категории апартамент, а в связи с полной загрузкой отеля предоставить другой номер данной категории не было возможности. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас остались негативные впечатления.
