Уважаемый Sergey Korovin! Вами был забронирован отель 04.12 и в этот же день Вы уже были в отеле для заселения. Наш сервис сработал оперативно и мы вовремя передали всю информацию о бронировании в отель. Вероятно из-за выходного дня сотрудники отеля не успели предупредить свою рецепцию, но после нашего участия Вас очень быстро поселили в номер категорией выше без дополнительной доплаты, в качестве бесплатного апгрейда. Также хотим уточнить, что наша коллега Елена была с ними на связи, и очень оперативно решила проблему. Благодарим, что воспользовались услугами нашей компании, нам очень жаль что у Вас остались негативные впечатления.

The payment options at Sanatoriums.com are completely outdated and impossible with EXCLUSIVE cash payment! The cash payment (!) should be made in another building in town in a kind of bicycle storage room at a kitchen table. The woman present there, who only spoke Russian, had no cash register, no computer, no internet connection, only a receipt pad without a header and no stamping option and wanted to accept far more than EUR 1,000.00 in exchange for an illegible signature. I refused that. Then it was suddenly possible to pay against an invoice by bank transfer. Why not this offer now!? The whole fuss about cash payment has massively negatively overshadowed the otherwise very good impression of the offer, the hotel, the treatment and leisure options!!! A pity!
