I have been using your service for several years. Everything was wonderful. But this year you seriously disappointed me. The website states that the hotel employs 7 medical personnel. So there are only 2 of them plus a massage therapist. There is no trace of a head nurse. Hence the chaos during the procedures, since the procedures are not scheduled in time. For lunch you have a buffet (soups and salads). Are you joking? One soup and one salad plus just chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots is what you call a buffet? You should definitely know about this, as I have seen your employees dining at this hotel before. All this smacks of some kind of deception. I hope that all these are temporary difficulties and that you will provide us with reliable information.
