I recommend writing on the website what procedures are included in the package. Only upon arrival did I find out that the package included mud, ozone baths and 20 massages. And if you take a package and there is dirt, you can’t have to cancel the package and pick up everything already on the spot. And ozone baths only come with mud.

I planned and booked a room in the Sadovy Pramen sanatorium, but it turned out that single rooms were not pre-booked and were redirected to the Iris Hotel, but it turned out there were no reservations there either, and they were redirected to Dvorak, at the same price as in Sadovy Prameni . Despite some inconveniences with travel, I am very grateful for the hotel and a good vacation. Thank you, because It was my first time in Karlovy Vary.

Пишу Вам по вопросу несостоявшегося трансфера из аэропорта Мин.Вод до санатория в Ессентуках. Сразу хочу Вам принести свои извинения за то, что Вас не встретили в аэропорту. Это произошло потому, что при отмене брони трансфера автоматически аннулируется трансфер, а новой брони на трансфер не было. Еще раз примите наши извинения

There were big problems with my order, despite paying half in advance... in order not to spoil the already planned vacation, I had to agree to another hotel with an additional payment. None of the management even thought of taking on the costs themselves, because it was their mistake. offered to me the hotel was not of the level that I expected, I would not have booked it myself! I’m not sure that I will use the services of the “sanatorium” for my next trip!
