At Prague Airport, the representative must have a sign with the name "sanatoriums.com"! On September 8, 2019 I was not met at Prague airport. It took more than an hour to wait. Only thanks to the help of a driver from another company, who contacted the dispatcher of your company by phone, the situation was resolved. I was brought to Karlovy Vary by a driver who was taking his passengers (to their displeasure) to Marianske Lazne.
