I have been using the services of Sanatoriums.com for many years. Thank you very much! I want to say that the prices for vouchers are lower than if you pay directly at the hotel. I wanted to pay for one day for my daughter, it would cost me (only accommodation and breakfast with dinner) 144 euros. At the reception I was told that there were no available rooms. And on Sanatoriums.com the rooms were found and cost only 101 euros. In addition, good communication, all questions are answered very quickly. Thanks again.

The price for the tour does not say that you also need to pay a resort fee; this information can only be seen after booking the tour, when everything has already been paid. This fee must be immediately included in the tour price. I would like to have a full printout of the tour - that is, how much the accommodation costs, how much the food costs (how much breakfast, lunch and dinner cost), how much the procedures cost. So that I can see everything separately, for which I pay money. As for the transfer from Germany and back, everything is fine here, everything is on time, the drivers are good and adequate, there are no complaints.

In general booking with sanatoriums.com was a pleasant experience. Transfer service was well organised. I just wish that you improve packaged treatments process by letting a clint to choose treatments from the paid package beforehand to avoid a stress of letting a doctor who doesn't care to decide for you. Ideally this could be organised as an online menu / list of all treatments with the ratios applied and final score at the end.

My wife and I used the services of sanatoriums.com: for the second time. The impressions are only positive. Everything promised is fulfilled. Very responsive staff, in all situations they try to provide the best possible assistance. For example, during the transfer on 25.10 from the Richmond sanatorium to Prague airport, I dropped my wallet with documents on the bus. The driver (I only know the name Ian) found it on the way back, returned to the airport and returned my wallet. I am eternally grateful to him for this. Also, only pleasant emotions from the sanatorium employees working in Karlovy Vary. My opinion is EXCELLENT
