Thank you for the “meet you from the airport” service, a nice new comfortable MERS mini van 👍. But I didn’t like the free trip to Prague on buses of 70 people, the guides were good, they knew a lot, but our route was too long (12 km), there were a lot of people, the headphones were constantly crackling and it was hard to hear the guide. When we vacationed 5 years ago, the program was shorter but more impressionable and interesting (I want to note that the trip then was PAID on a Sunday) be prepared that on a free trip you will encounter a bus with broken seats, and there are more people in Prague than you think... everything is teeming... better visit Moser in Karlovy Vary

Everything went smoothly until the return journey, information was given in good time, a call back if you couldn't reach anyone on the phone and so on. Unfortunately, on the way back our suitcase was taken by a woman in Rostock (unfortunately that also exists). Nobody is liable for the things and nobody felt responsible for helping us get our suitcase from Rostock to Hamburg. Traumatic experience! A pity!! It was a shocking experience to find out that we were being taken to Hamburg via Berlin and Rostock.
