It’s very bad, they don’t work and there were problems with the reservation and they don’t represent the program, no one came to the hotel and didn’t take an interest, we had three reservations, respectively 3 families (12 people), they were screwed up on the trip.

The resort is in a great location. Silence, pine forest, everything is clean. The staff is very polite, welcoming and friendly. This applies to everyone without exception. Very nice spacious room B 216, regularly cleaned, very friendly maid. The food is excellent - we gained weight from the buffet. Thanks to everyone who works there. We hope to see you again.
