Booking was relatively easy via the sanatoriums.com portal. The registration for the Prague excursion was confirmed immediately. The doorstep pickup was also problem-free. Overall a great service.

Everything went very well and I would most likely book through Sanatoriums.com again. I'm not sure what it was like when booking. I don't think there were all the options available as when booking the hotel directly via the hotel website, for example: the choice between full board and half board, as well as the extent of the treatments (more like just wellness, which we had, or more extensive with a greater medical focus. But it could be, I'm wrong. When you book for the first time and don't know the company, you would like a little more and more frequent feedback via email, such as a separate payment confirmation and invoice, possibly a voucher or something similar, also regarding the transfer.
