I can't say I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, we had to extend our stay at the sanatorium and cancel the flight due to Covid. I can’t say that the employees of sanatoriums.com were very helpful in this situation. As they themselves say, they are only intermediaries when booking a hotel and ordering tickets and are not responsible for force majeure circumstances. Take this into account.

Your service... these are standard answers to all questions! I asked for a transfer from Germany... contact our transport company! I ordered a specific number.... we conveyed your request! I asked the procedure... everything from the nurse "Krivan"! So everyone went and knocked out the numbers themselves...and the procedures...etc.! ! !
