Sehr geehrter Herr Voigt, wir bieten unseren Gästen Möglichkeit noch zwei Tage vor An-/Abreise ein Flughafentransfer buchen zu können, aus dem Grund können wir erst ein Tag vor dem Flug Abholzeiten bekannt geben. Da wir auch etwa Zeit für planen benötigen. Eine Bestätigung bekommen Sie aber gleich nach dem Sie Transfer gebucht haben nur die Zeiten werden später zugeschickt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

We always stay at the Wolker Hotel. Everything is fine: location, good, large rooms, very calm and clean. We receive treatment and food at the Astoria sanatorium. If we didn’t like it, we wouldn’t go there 6 times. We’re going again next year.

The site's service is generally good. You can, as they say, “in one window” get the whole range of services - and choose the hotel you like, and view recommendations for their choice, and view the interior interior of hotels and rooms. Choose the appropriate set of necessary procedures, order a transfer and much more. There is, however, a small note (purely my personal opinion) - a window pops up on the site page asking you to ask a question. Last June (2019) I asked my question. Imagine my surprise when, instead of an answer to the question asked, a few days later I received... no, not an answer, but an offer to ask a question to another service using the link offered to me. I still don’t understand why I was asked to ask a question in a pop-up window. At least, it was possible to immediately inform that it is better to ask questions on this topic at another address, and immediately provide a link. And it’s also very good that you can order a transfer on this website, both group and individual. But, on a third-party site I ordered a cheaper transfer, with excellent service (from Prague airport to the hotel in Marianske Lazne and back). I consider one of the inconveniences of the site to be the difficulty of immediately selecting information about the specific spa hotel that interests me. You have to “scroll through” many pages before finding the right hotel. It would be worth placing a search box on the website page with the ability to enter the name of a specific hotel.
