On 12/24/2019 we called +420355455981 and asked if we could book a hotel from 12/25 to 01/01. We were offered 3 hotels to choose from, since according to them there were no rooms anywhere else. We chose and booked the Spa-Hotel Anglicky Dvur ****/ booking number 229927999. the next day, when we were getting ready to go, they called us and said that unfortunately there were no places there and offered an alternative to the Spa-Hotel Belvedere. Since we had already packed all our things, we decided, although we were upset, to take advantage of this offer (booking number 227665129) On the way, when we were already going to the Hotel, they called us again and said that a room had become available at the Spa-Hotel Anglicky Dvur **** / reservation number 221074219)...AND SO...we arrive at Hotel Anglicky Dvur **** with three reservations, where we are told that there are NO places available and our reservation is NOT CONFIRMED..after which we go to Spa-Hotel Belvedere...and there are NO seats there either and our reservation is NOT CONFIRMED.. We practically stay on the street in the evening. I ask for an answer WHY are they fooling me? Is this such a service?
