I cannot recommend the transfer service from Sanatorium.com. There was no space for a suitcase for 2 passengers! To order the transfer, you should have patience and the time to write emails back and forth. It doesn't work with a click. The driver drove dangerously fast and did not pay attention to the safety distance!

Liebe Gäste, danke für Ihre Bewertung! Es tut uns leid, dass Sie einen negativen Eindruck bekommen haben. Das Hotel hat sich bemüht, dass Sie zufrieden bleiben.. Tatsächlich, das ist die Schuld vom Hotel, dass Sie das 2. Zimmer für die erste Nacht nicht erhalten haben. Das Hotel hat sich dafür entschuldigt und den Preis reduziert. Sie haben auch ein Geschenk vom Hotel erhalten und eine höhere Zimmerkategorie ist angeboten worden. Der Umzug ist bereits am nächsten Tag möglich gewesen. Es ist zu betonen, dass die ältere Dame nicht umziehen wollte, d.b. dass sie mit der Badewanne einverstanden war. Falls das Zimmer mit der Duschkabine gewünscht ist, muss man sofort nach der Buchung mitteilen. Sie haben auch Kompensation erhalten und Fr. Dr. Sarova hat sich um die Behandlung gekümmert. Es tut uns leid, dass die Situation passiert ist. Das Hotel meint, dass die Kompensation ausreichend gewesen ist. Schöne Grüße
