The local tour guide was overwhelmed by the German-speaking fellow travelers. When we tried to call them on site, we were always pushed away. It only worked when we called the German headquarters in Siegmaringen. This would be a better option to register when booking. It was great that the bus was included in the price.

Friendly service, everything went well, including the bus transfer, but the way back was 2 hours longer because everyone was brought home, of course it is with doorstep pickup, but when the bus is full with 8 people and there are some solo travelers and everyone is extra It's difficult to get home, for us it was first Kassel, then Minden, then Osnabrück, etc.

For the third time I was convinced of the reliability of booking a hotel from the website sanatoriums.com. Everything that was included in the service package was completed in full. This includes free transfer from the airport, comprehensive treatment, and price. The hotel is very convenient in winter, everything is in the building. I would especially like to mention the tea room and wellness. I would like to thank the reservation and sales managers Irina Siglova, Janu Bohůnkovu and Lenku Skalakovu, as well as the attending physician Andrey Belov for their professionalism, responsiveness and attentiveness. We are also grateful to all the staff of the sanatorium, who made our stay at the hotel warm, cozy and comfortable. We received excellent treatment here, improved our health and intend to return here again.
