We ordered a group transfer, firstly, they informed us very late when the transfer would arrive, and secondly, they wanted to come for us very late, although we sent tickets stating that we had to board an hour and a half before the plane’s departure, the employees refused to send a taxi earlier and we had to take a private transfer right on the spot.
