If departure excursions are organized by hotel Pavlov, then there must be an agreement that you can use the toilet there. The arrogant madam from hotel Pavlov sends you across the road, “across the road” (hotel Star) sends you back to hotel Pavlov. Complete idiocy. Not to mention that this is the center of a tourist area!

Добрый день, уважаемая Marina Horak! К сожалению, в отелях туалеты только для клиентов отеля. Вы можете воспользоваться общественной уборной, которая находится в 100 м от отеля Павлов. Также для удобства наших клиентов мы делаем регулярные остановки во время нашей поездки.

Upon arrival at the hotel, there were problems with check-in; we did not have a room reserved. There was no free parking, you need to book in advance, and there is no such information on your website. They don’t speak Russian. German is bad, although you have 4 languages written. Instead the promised 35 procedures were only 3, prescribed by the doctor, the rest had to be paid for. These are the problems of your agency. Very disappointed.

Еще раз приносим свои извинения! Как и сообщалось ранее, сотрудник, который оформлял Ваше бронирование уже уволен. Спасибо за замечание по поводу парковки, обязательно добавим информацию на наш сайт. А также уберем информацию из раздела "Языки общения персонала" русский язык. В пакет входит 5 процедур в день: 2 основные и 3 дополнительные. Эта информация указана на нашем сайте, а также в ваучерах для заселения. Если бы мы получили информацию раньше, по поводу того, что с Вас берут деньги за дополнительные процедуры, мы бы решили этот вопрос с отелем. Отели в Польше мы только открыли и как правило, всегда находятся какие-то неточности и замечания в первое время. Уважаемая Наталья, мы очень дорожим нашими постоянными клиентами и еще раз приносим извинения! При следующем бронирование напишите нам письмо, мы обязательно сделаем Вам приятный бонус, какой именно зависит от выбранного отеля.
