This was the second time we used the portal. Thank you. But I would like to make a few wishes. Update the information on the site, there are a lot of discrepancies. We were in Piestany, a very good representative of the company, Veronica, gave us attention from the first day. They didn’t even see a representative in Teplice, but when they contacted us they received such a response that they didn’t want to communicate anymore. There was no talk of any excursions; we looked for them ourselves. They solved all the problems themselves, which is contrary to what was stated on the website.
