Not for German holidaymakers as it is a Russian company. There are problems with communication in general and this ends with the tour guide on excursions where only Russian is spoken.

The service works great. The price at the sanatoriums is lower than competitors, I was worried that it was a scam, but there was no point in having my doubts. Transfer is provided free of charge to the resort. I also had to call the hotline, even if I didn’t get through, call back and quickly solve problems, try to help. In general, I recommend and will use their services in the future.

When booking, I chose the pay-on-check-in rate for family reasons. My father was seriously ill. I wasn't sure if I could go. A month before the trip, I was attacked with calls and demands to pay for the order. Five calls on the day of my father's death simply outraged me. I had to pay for the order in advance, despite the booking conditions, due to threats to cancel the reservation. I am a regular customer of your company and this behavior really upset me. Everything was fine with the transfer order.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a call back by phone in German. When we arrived at the hotel there was a double room available instead of 2 single rooms. This was apparently reported incorrectly to the hotel. Once I presented my booking confirmation, everything was sorted out quickly and we were satisfied.
