Everything is very well organized - the work of the website, the supervision of the booking staff, meeting at the airport - upon arrival, I was on my way to Heviz within 10 minutes, the hotel also had rooms waiting for us. The transfer to the airport was also clearly organized. The only thing is that the guide Marina came the next a day with tickets to the lake and information about hotel services, wellness locations, thermal pools and everything else we received from the Robinson Tours guide. Everything is fine. As noted earlier, transfer to Karlovy Vary via Mariinskie Lazne is inconvenient. What did not add to your health!!! Oh God. That's another 2 extra hours. For elderly and/or sick people this is unacceptable. . It is understandable when arrivals are taken to hotels in the same city or picked up along the way. But without warning, and without giving the right to choose to use another option, this is, first of all, unprofessionalism and undermining the trust in the work of the company. No other comments. Great hotel. Everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
