"+" We booked the hotel on the website Sanatoriums.com at the "last minute", i.e. just a few days before departure. We had not used this site before and had no personal recommendations, only reviews online, not always positive. Therefore, there were initially some concerns about the site's reliability. However, in vain. Sanatoriums.com fulfilled all the conditions of the pre-order exactly, and also provided a free transfer from Prague airport to the hotel in Karlovy Vary. The staff were attentive to our specific wishes regarding accommodation conditions, transfer time (we did not need a transfer immediately upon arrival of the flight, but 2 hours later) and ensured their implementation. They were always in touch, returned calls and responded to emails on time. Thanks to them. The Sanatoriums.com website itself is easy to use, the information is accessible and understandable, and it’s easy to find. "-" Initially, we tried to make a reservation with prepayment, but due to technical problems with the Internet we were unable to pay within the allotted time (2 hours). After some time, I received an email about the cancellation of the reservation and about the penalty for cancellation. In a telephone conversation, the employee explained that the letter was sent automatically and there was no penalty, but it was unpleasant. I ask the administrators of the website Sanatoriums.com to pay attention to this and correct it.

The price stated in the booking 918 E is less than the actual price charged by the hotel 936 E (even without the resort fee). The promised kettle is missing in the room. There is no sponge or shoe scoop. 42 treatment procedures were promised, but in reality 3 per day for 12 days (Sunday-day off) 36 procedures. When communicating with the manager, they were promised free mud treatments prescribed by the doctor. It turned out that this was not so, they were paid. They also reported that payment for accommodation can be made in Euros, but this is also not the case, which is why I had to overpay another 20 E.

What is the support service worth if it washes its hands of problems when problems arise? Clients are evicted onto the street with fully paid accommodation, food, treatment, and Sanatoriums only promises to find something. And for some reason in KV? Although it was already known that flights from KV were canceled and moved to Prague. We lost the most important final days of treatment. In addition, we are not people of our first youth - I am a doctor with 30 years of experience, my husband is a member of the Union of Journalists, an honored person. Very disappointing and unpleasant. The stay at the Savoy, lovely. There is nothing to complain about in terms of applications and cleanliness, the staff was always friendly and nice. The only thing that could possibly be improved would be the evening menu. I was recommended the hotel and will continue to recommend it. Thanks again for the lovely time.
