I had a big problem with the sanatoriums.com service. I booked the Richmond Hotel first. When I had to pay the down payment, it didn’t go through. My wallet was stolen, and naturally I had to close my credit card. I gave the new card number as soon as I received this message. But judging by all the data, no one conveyed this message to Ambassador. As a result, I lost my armor with them. But the most incomprehensible thing for me was the fact that they let me know this almost a week before my arrival. You can imagine how panicked I was - I have a ticket to Karlovy Vary, but no hotel! So I can't say thank you to sanatoriums.com

Хотелось бы объяснить ситуацию, в Вашем случае отмена бронирования в санаторий Ричмонд произошла по причине не исправности Вашей новой банковской карты, а именно Ваш банк блокировал процесс снятия предоплаты санаторием, о чем мы Вас неоднократно уведомляли, сумма предоплаты Вашим банком была разблокирована по истечению срока внесения предоплаты, что подразумевает аннулицию, согласно условиям Вашего бронирования. В санаторий Амбассадор Вы заселились по нашему бронированию, с условием оплаты по заезду, что означает бронирование БЕЗ указания данных банковской карты. Надеемся, что данное объяснение сложит у Вас правильное мнение об условиях брониронирования. Надеемся на Ваше понимание
