There were problems when returning. The SMS with the transfer time did not arrive. When I called, the operator said that they would pass the information to the reception. The information sheet stated the bus arrival time at the resort at 9-20, and the car arrived an hour earlier. Not only am I in a hurry I was unloading my suitcases, and the elderly woman, aged 87, had to run away. Please resolve this issue.

Last year there were 4 of us, everything was fine. This year we arrived at the airport (with my sister) and were not met, although we ordered a transfer. After long negotiations with a company representative, they sent us a car, but the price was more than we booked. We arrived in Budapest at 13.10, and we arrived at the sanatorium at 8.10 pm. The representative of the company, Lajos, organized us a tour of Hefiz, as well as excursions to the sights of Hefiz, and there were also excursions to other countries, we were in Austria and Croatia.
