It's been great so far. We were pleased, especially Svetlana Fedorovich. But recently we decided to extend our stay and agreed on a price. I am naturally too trusting, despite my age. Moreover, I received confirmation of the amount twice, but... unexpectedly the bill came more expensive. A small amount, but the sediment remained. I wrote to Svetlana twice - NO RESPONSE. Maybe Covid had an impact. It’s a small thing, but now we’ll be more careful with promises from: sanatoriums.com. In general, keep your ears open - TRUST BUT CHECK.

I can recommend the hotel at any time. The staff was great. Marienbad is a beautiful city, we have been here 10 times. A lot still needs to be done to the houses, not much has changed for the better.

Great vacation, very satisfied. Holiday 5.06 to 18.06. 2022. Room is good, small but nice. Food is very tasty with a large selection: lots of fruit and vegetables, cakes. Staff is very nice and helpful. Treatments are very good. Pool is large and sauna area are clean. I recommend further. I'll be back. Thank you very much for everything 😊

Good at the beginning. I also complained about the things listed, but no one has responded yet. I found that impossible. Because 700 euros is a lot of money for what I got. What was written about the hotel in the description was right for me. Not even the doctor could speak German.

Great service!!! Your videos about the sanatorium were very helpful. A lot of work has been done. Thank you very much! The prices are also pleasantly surprising. Other sites are much more expensive and do not describe in as much detail what is included in the service package. Very professional and friendly team. You can ask a question at any time and instantly receive a comprehensive answer. Upon arrival in Karlovy Vary we received a package of possible excursions. But unfortunately we couldn’t use it, the schedule of procedures was so busy that we simply didn’t have enough time. Thank you very much!!! We will definitely use your services in the future!!!
