I came across the sanatorium.com portal by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of hotels. There is something for every taste and every wallet. Great description of the hotel facilities, treatment services. But also the additional services, e.g. B. free excursion to Prague, transfer services from Prague airport or even pick-up from home. Thumbs up. I have already recommended the site to several friends and acquaintances. I will definitely book again.

When booking, you could choose between three times and two times a day. We chose three meals a day, in the end they called us and said that the hotel did not offer this, but the price remained almost the same, they said that they could not fix this option on the website. Otherwise everything was fine, no complaints.

Booking and payment were no problem. Unfortunately, the hotel's advertisement was much better than it actually was. It’s a pity, for example, this didn’t happen in Karlovy Vary. The procedures promised on the website were not given to us. I think that the site should indicate that the specified drinking chicken is one of the procedures. If we had known about this, we would not have paid for treatment through the site, because this drinking chicken is ridiculous.

Уважаемая госпожа Schwarzkopf! Благодарим за Ваш отзыв. Относительно Ваших замечаний, мы уточнили в отеле, в лечебный пакет у Вас входило ежедневное посещение ингаляционной комнаты. Итого было 2 процедуры, назначенные врачом и 1 ингаляция (3 процедуры в течении 5 рабочих дней - 15 процедур, как и заявлено в лечебной программе), питьевой курс экстра - не считается одной из процедур. Нам очень жаль, что Вы не обратились к нам во время Вашего пребывания в отеле, мы бы могли решить Ваш вопрос сразу.
