We ordered a transfer from Sanatoriums, everything was clear and excellent. Five plus! We booked an excursion to Vienna through a sanatorium, but here, unfortunately, there are some complaints. Firstly: The car had 8 seats, including the driver, the seats were so narrow, it was very uncomfortable to drive, considering that the travel time was quite long, there was one stop towards Vienna and one when we were driving back, and at the same time you had to sit like a herring in a barrel . The excursions were, like most vacationers in Karlovy Vary, aged. Next to the driver sat a woman who was not a sightseer, the driver talked to her all the time, and even managed to talk on the phone and write messages, and this without the hands free system. I think this is a complete disgrace. Once I didn’t notice the crossing, the car shook very violently. The driver tried to laugh it off. The guide in Vienna brightened up the impression a little; it was informative. But the excursion was 2 hours and 3 hours of free time, it would be better the other way around. The cost of the excursion is 152 euros per person. It is unlikely that I will book a tour from the sanatoriums again.
