We were very happy with the service. Everything went well from booking to departure. The only thing we didn't like is the transfer. The shared bus takes very long detours, so that the route sometimes doubles. On the way back the bus was so full that we couldn't get all of our suitcases in.

This was the second time we used the portal. Thank you. But I would like to make a few wishes. Update the information on the site, there are a lot of discrepancies. We were in Piestany, a very good representative of the company, Veronica, gave us attention from the first day. They didn’t even see a representative in Teplice, but when they contacted us they received such a response that they didn’t want to communicate anymore. There was no talk of any excursions; we looked for them ourselves. They solved all the problems themselves, which is contrary to what was stated on the website.

Information about ongoing hot water prevention throughout the campus was not provided on time, that is, it was not provided at all. as a result, the length of stay in the sanatorium had to be shortened. I really don't leave a negative review for the sanatorium. the staff is very helpful, understanding, evaluated the mediator's mistakes and eliminated them as best they could. I thank them for that
