This is the second time we have booked a holiday in Karlovy Vary on the Sanatorium website. I like that each hotel is described in detail, you can watch videos, photos, and reviews. Sometimes information changes in the hotel, it would be ideal if hotels reported the information to Sanatorium and they could update all the data in a timely manner. But in general, I think that the most important points can be clarified through the company manager. Thank you!

On-site sanatorium assistance is limited to excursions for sale. Access to the wellness center could not be made because no one knew how to do it, not the hotel reception, not the sanatorium advice in Lazne3.
