The service at sanatoriums.com is clear, everything is resolved online. But, there is dissatisfaction with your tourism employee, a certain Irene, who is located in the regional office in Lazne. When organizing a trip to Prague, she was rude to vacationers (in particular to me) near the bus. I lost the desire to contact her in the future and had to use the tourism services at the Krivan hotel

The house is not a state-approved sanatorium. The medical services included in the flat rate are questionable. More complex applications also have to be paid for more expensively. During the school holidays in Poland, many young families and their children also stay in the hotel. The noise level is correspondingly high, especially in the swimming pool and in the dining room. In the swimming pool, no care is taken to ensure that children jump into the water from the edge of the pool. It is impossible to swim properly because there are no partitions in the pool.

In my opinion, the descriptions of the hotels are presented very well and informatively; information about food and location is highlighted separately, which is important. Prompt feedback. A good offer for the price, in my opinion. As an alternative to an excursion to Prague, I would like a tour of Karlovy Vary or something else. It is problematic to go on an excursion for the whole day with small children, and it is also restless for other excursion participants. Overall, thank you very much for your service! PS it would be interesting to receive some special offers or last minute travel packages.
