Portal sanatoriums.com has sold me spa horel Krivan in Marianske Lazni as 4- stars hotel! I expected to stay at a comfortable, clean hotel with polite staff, good food and nice treatments. I didn`t get anything! Absolutely awfull! I think that you are responsible for what you sell and I would like to hear from you, what do you think about the situation!
