Possibly a greater burden on workers. When registering, there are many questions that it is not clear how to answer. I also did not receive any clarification in the telephone conversation. Therefore, the advice is to make registration more automated so as not to require clarification. For example, it is much more convenient for me to cooperate and book everything through Bookung.com.

Transfer from the airport with friends ordered two cars. One driver arrived, who apparently decided to make money; it was uncomfortable for three adults to ride in the back seat with a suitcase. We ordered two cars back again, it’s great that a good minivan arrived. I called about a return transfer, due to the fact that I did not receive confirmation by email, the girl, very inattentive, promised to send and sent us a message on September 15 regarding the transfer for September 7. It’s good that there was no glitch with the return transfer. Thank you for your help with postponing the holiday by one day.
