There were no questions until we checked into the hotel. At the booking stage, everything worked out great, including telephone contacts with site representatives. But, upon arriving at the hotel, we were faced with the fact that they did not have our reservation in their database and were not expecting us. To the credit of the host, after negotiations with a representative of Sanatoriums, they successfully resolved our issue. But the surprise upon check-in was clearly not a pleasant one) The transfer Vienna-Heviz-Vienna, booked on the Sanatoriums website, is beyond praise. Tomas greeted and escorted us punctually - thank you very much!
