Everything is great, including support after buying the tour. Just one note: the staff assured me that my card was blocked by the hotel staff at the time of booking and they will then unblock it, but in fact, it turned out that the sanatoriums company blocked an amount 4 times higher than that originally indicated. But it was fully refunded when paying for the hotel at the resort.

We checked into Jessenius without any problems. We booked the Sun sanatorium in Mariinskie Lany for another seven days, we couldn’t withdraw money from the Card, we arrived at the sanatorium and said that we would pay you in cash, but no, they didn’t book the sanatorium for us, only through the head office in Prague!!!!

The service is unsatisfactory. The information presented on the site is unreliable and misleading. In response to an appeal with a request to resolve the problem resulting from the provision of false information, they gave a formal answer without even delving into the problem. Very bad. I will not use your service again.
