I booked a stay at the spa hotel Villa Smetana for the second time through Sanatoriums.com. Through Sanatoriums.com you can easily get a big price advantage compared to booking directly at the hotel. Thank you. I can recommend the spa hotel Villa Smetana without reservation. Very clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff and excellent buffet style food. However, the somewhat exposed location above Karlsbad could be a problem for people with walking difficulties.

There were problems when returning. The SMS with the transfer time did not arrive. When I called, the operator said that they would pass the information to the reception. The information sheet stated the bus arrival time at the resort at 9-20, and the car arrived an hour earlier. Not only am I in a hurry I was unloading my suitcases, and the elderly woman, aged 87, had to run away. Please resolve this issue.
