The prices on this page are better than ordering from a travel agency. Definitely. Ordered. Received confirmation by email. Before departure, we received an email reminding us that the free trip cancellation period had expired. Before departure confirmation of departure and time. Everything is clear. Clear. It's clear. Punctually. Transfer... A separate topic. You can’t eat on the bus, not even fruit, allegedly one grandmother choked during the trip and now an investigation is underway with lawyers and the driver cannot work in Germany. According to another driver, Nikolai, who is also the boss, you can’t drink coffee, supposedly it leaves traces if you spill it, you can have tea, it doesn’t leave traces. This is all very uncomfortable in my opinion. Get out at the parking lot with your food and sit in the cafe. Everyone is looking at you, quickly stuff food into yourself, because others are waiting for you. They had breakfast at home, and they picked you up first at 6.30 and you didn’t have breakfast. Very uncomfortable. Next time I will go by car or plane. The trip was not comfortable for me. The routes are very long. I drove for 11 hours. The first one was picked up and the last one was dropped off. Hard. But.. If you need to stop, then the request is immediately fulfilled. A lot depends of course on the driver.
