Everything was really great. I was skeptical, so without any deposit or paperwork, everything was online. Everything worked, including the booked transfer. Every email query was answered immediately. And since I first had to pay at the hotel, I could cancel the 2nd week without any problems (Corona), only what I used was charged.

Booking on the website is easy and fast, they provided a free transfer from Karlovy Vary Airport, the day before we called via WhatsApp to find out if we would arrive. We paid for our stay at the hotel using a card. There were no problems with anything. Thank you.

Service is up to par. We had transfer from Prague airport included. Everything was as it was written on the website. I was met by a driver with a sign, escorted into a minibus, brought to the hotel... I would like to note that during a group transfer, the driver determines the optimal route, so you can immediately arrive in Marinaske Lazne, or via Karlovy Vary. Upon arrival at the hotel, a message was received from a representative of the Site in Marianske Lazne. We were invited to an information meeting.
