They sent a confirmation for a two-room superior room, but the hotel had information about booking a regular two-room room. The rooms differ significantly. As a result, it took a very long time to sort things out and it took more than 2 hours to check in.

The second time we arrived on time, but for me it was a little late, the driver was driving slowly, there was a feeling that he was very tired and was struggling hard to sleep. We arrived at the airport in just 1.5 hours; we barely had time to check in, because... there were some problems. As a result, we didn’t have time to apply for tax free. I would like it if, when setting a time, they not only informed, but agreed on the time of departure from the sanatorium.
